GRIT BUTTER RECIPE

NDA Sale and Purchase:
The Seller agrees to sell, and the Buyer agrees to purchase, the Recipe for a total payment of $350 (three hundred and fifty US dollars).

Rights and Restrictions:

a. Usage Rights: The Buyer may use the Recipe solely within their private practice as they see fit.

b. Restrictions: The Buyer shall not sell, distribute, share, or otherwise disclose the Recipe to any third party, whether for profit or otherwise.

3. Payment Terms: The Buyer will pay $350 in full to the Seller on the date of signing this Agreement.

4. Delivery of Recipe: Upon receipt of the full payment, the Seller will deliver a complete and detailed copy of the Recipe to the Buyer, including instructions for preparation.

5. Confidentiality: The Buyer agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the Recipe. This obligation shall survive the termination of this Agreement.

6. Liability: The Seller shall not be held liable for any adverse reactions or negative outcomes resulting from using the Recipe by the Buyer or anyone to which the Buyer provides treatments.

7. Modifications and Amendments: Any modifications or amendments to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

8. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed per the laws of the State of [Applicable State].

9. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, negotiations, and discussions between the parties.
